How does the process work?
In our discovery process, we will evaluate a combination of hard and soft cost savings opportunities. If needed, we will review actual fuel, mileage, or other data to consider ways in which we can create value.
Our proposal stage will include a clear estimate of ROI – we will support you through your buying process to gain alignment with your stakeholders.
After we sign an agreement and activate you as a client (which typically takes 30-90 days), we will conduct regular account reviews to show progress against mutually defined goals.
How do you price?
Our pricing will vary based on scope of services and will typically include a success-based subscription, which will guarantee a certain amount of savings to the client.
Enterprise agreements for large and complex fleet operators are often customized pricing programs to meet the unique needs to each case.
Who supports our operation?
You will be supported by real fleet experts in your journey. Your team will include:
A delivery lead – a point of contact for day-to-day support. This person will be intimately familiar with your operation and is responsible for proactively identifying operational improvements.
Regulatory oversight – a person or multiple functional subject matter experts to oversee compliance.
An executive sponsor – An executive point of contact to measure and report on account satisfaction.
